Role Overview:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable referees to officiate our league matches. Referees will be essential in ensuring that games are played fairly, that rules are upheld, and that all players have a great time on the sand.

Key Responsibilities:
– Officiate league matches in the Challengers, Champions, and Premier divisions.
– Ensure all rules are followed, including our updated policies on setting, sportsmanship, and substitutions.
– Provide guidance and feedback to players, especially in the Challengers League where the focus is on development.
– Be a supportive and fair presence on the court, helping resolve any disputes and maintaining a respectful environment.

– Prior experience as a referee in volleyball is preferred, especially beach or indoor volleyball.
– A solid understanding of volleyball rules and a commitment to fair play.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to handle conflicts calmly and fairly.

– Games run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on league days.
